Actual support?

I just got the game and it is for ps3, update 1.04 came out and I downloaded it. So after that the game is stuck at an ever ending with and more with a circle going around it at the bottom left corner.. 8:36 pm, January 18, 2015

I am experiencing the same thing right now.. it just KEEPS loading.. this is the first time I've ever opened the game on my ps3, so it's really annoying. :-(
