it's kinda unbalanced once were spotted that we can't even retaliate, or even just using none lethal force like knocking them out or such? Be more interesting then the stuck and such usually happen.

Anyone else notice this, that some people seem to be able to profile beyond normal distance? Like I have all things unlocked, and if I'm in a car I need to be staring at someone a second to see them, [..]
